If your plan only works on perfect days, it won’t last. Your habits should support you on busy, low-energy days too.


Focus on repetition, not perfection.

Progress doesn’t come from extremes. It comes from doing the basics well — again and again.


Redefine what success looks like.

Success isn’t how hard you go in January.

It’s how steady you stay months from now.
